This is the health journal I couldn’t find—so I made it.
When I was first navigating my healing journey, I searched everywhere for a journal that could help me track my symptoms, my food, my mood...
And still leave room for reflection, inspiration, and notes (of course).
I couldn’t find one that felt just right—so I created it myself.
And since I’m a graphic and web designer (when I’m not rewiring my brain and raising my two children 😉), I made it beautiful, functional, and healing-friendly.
